The flavour is a rich and intense mixture of cured meats, macerated dried fruits and malty peat smoke, with touches of malted chocolate (Maltesers, digestive biscuits) and white pepper. As is typical for Benromach, this is a very balanced dram, with all of the different flavours and aromas coming together
