The grapes were meticulously crushed and chilled to 5 degrees before gentle pressing, with the pressings carefully separated. A cool, steady two week fermentation has captured the wines vibrant varietal expression. Each vineyard parcel was individually filtered and skillfully blended, then cold and protein stabilized,
