The Boston Globe referred to her spot at that storied address as the former Ann Taylor space. Good grief. Its true that Ann Taylor had been there for a long time, but that entire building is infinitely more notable as the home of Design Research, the store that brought modern living to American houses and the reason for which that building was built in 1969.
