We do not know what the Size 1 means in terms of measurements as there is no standard sizing. But it measures approx 20" across the shoulders, the lower middle is about 21" wide and across the bottom it is 23" wide, so if you double those sizes it should give you a reasonable idea of the overall dimensions. The total length is 30 inches. It is a lovely good condition example
