R. OFFICIAL' opt, neatly cancelled by complete 'ACCOUNTS BRANCH P. O. GLASGOW' oval ds, dated '8 OC 94', as used on bulk postage receipts. Minor suffusion on reverse from cancellation ink, but very fine appearance and most attractive. BPA cert (2010). (cat 3750) P267000081
