The light can be secured into the ceiling with two screws which go through two holes in the ceiling cup

The shade hangs from a polished brass fitting with a lovely deep patina which is secured in place with three small screws therefore making access to change the light bulb very easy

The wooden top is 5cms thick with a laminated black gloss finish surface and a steel band around the edge

The triangular shaped bowl is smooth and glossy with a cobalt blue centre and clear glass around the outside. The bowl is in good vintage condition with one small scratch towards the centre on the blue glass section and scratches to the base commensurate with its age and use. Personally I wouldn't put anything in it that would hide the colours and design but that's
